This order confirmation will act as your receipt. Please retain this as it will act as proof of purchase in the case of
a return or exchange.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland. Our products are exclusively shipped with An Post. Normal shipping time is 3-5 days from dispatch (not from order confirmation) within the Republic of Ireland. A flat shipping fee of €7.50 applies to every order up to 30kg. Thereafter, additional shipping charges may apply. We
offer free shipping on all orders over €50.
RETURNS POLICY
We always hope that you love what you have ordered but if that is not the case, we are happy to exchange or refund your item, if returned as sold within 28 days, with original receipt & packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@keepers.ie If your return is accepted, your item can be returned to us with any delivery charges payable by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please obtain proof of postage for your item - we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
